Kory, I just wanted to take some time and thank you for all you have done for us in not only managing our properties at Carrier Creek but also all the work you do in the community to enhance and make it a nicer place for everyone!!
Twenty some years ago my wife and I bought our first rental property, a duplex.  After a few months with all the headaches, I sold it and never wanted another rental property again.  About four years ago, I met you who helped us have a different vision of what rental property ownership could be. We bought those 2-4 unit buildings on Carrier Creek and you have done an excellent job of not only managing those rentals for us but also contributing to the over all well being of the neighborhood.  Your community interest and pride runs much deeper than just managing rentals.  You are very involved wit the neighborhood association and encourage others to do the same.
You showed us by your personal example of how to operate a rental property and how we could benefit from “raising the bar”.  We have benefited greatly from this vision and practice as we have had excellent tenants which leads to a much more enjoyable property owner experience. Thanks again, keep up the good work and as always!
